How To Fix LiberiOS iOS 11 Jailbreak Error For Missing Offsets

If you are already following latest iOS 11 jailbreaks, you must already be aware of LiberiOS iOS 11 jailbreak . In fact, it’s quite possible that you might have already tried jailbreaking your device with this particular jailbreak tool. However, as it appears, people trying this jailbreak are getting an error that displays a message “FUD.Something went awry.” For the missing offsets.

Well, if you’re also getting that same error message while jailbreaking your device with LiberiOS jailbreak that recently came out, there is nothing to worry about as the developer Jonathan Levin is already aware of the issue.

If you want to get some understanding of this error message, here it is:

The error actually means while the firmware version you’re running and the device itself are technically supported for this latest jailbreak, its offsets might be missing or may not have been added correctly. Probably, the reason is that the developer himself is lagging behind and couldn’t add those offsets because of so many device models as well as firmware versions around today. So, Levin is already looking for some help from the jailbreak community to find the missing offsets to add them into upcoming jailbreak update before it is released to the public.

Jonathan has even posted complete instructions on twitter about how the community can be of help for finding the missing offsets. And if you’re also having some issues and getting the same error message as mentioned above, you can also try to find those missing offsets and provide them to the developer as instructed.

According to Levin, next LiberiOS update, which is expected to arrive pretty soon, must incorporate the missing offsets causing the issue as this will allow all the 64-bit devices with just about any version of firmware between iOS 11 to iOS 11.1.2 to successfully run this jailbreak and no such error messages are displayed.

So, stay tuned if you are interested in finding out more on this. We’ll share the LiberiOS update as soon as it is made available after the aforementioned bug is fixed by the developer.
