Hiding QuickType Suggestions

- Launch an app in which you can use iOS keyboard like the Notes App. Now as you type you’ll see a gray bar getting populated with suggestions right above your keyboard.
- You can hide these suggestions by simply swiping that gray bar down.It will hide right away and a small white-colored bar will appear.
This is the simple two-step process for hiding the QuickType suggestions on your iOS 8 device. However, if you don’t find it comfortable to type without suggestions then you can easily switch back to previous settings as well. Just swipe up that small white-colored bar to restore your previous settings and you will start receiving suggestions on the suggestions bar again.
Here it is important to mention that QuickType is universal feature for all apps that you’ll be using on your iOS device. Hiding the suggestions in one app will also make them unavailable in all other apps as well.
