Not so long ago, Apple came up with a surprise by announcing Spring release for iOS 11.3 through the official Newsroom office prior to release its Beta 1 seed eventually. The initial announcement as well as the subsequent release revealed that this fall won’t just see the release of iOS 11.3 but also unveiled some of its new features as well as improvements that will come along when it finally comes out.
Now with iOS 11.3 Beta 6 already available to registered developers on the compatible devices, the developers will continue to not just test their personally developed applications on this new firmware from Apple but will also do the investigations to find out what’s new to try out. It will also trigger a series of social posts and tweets from the developers highlighting and discussing new features that came along iOS 11.3 beta 6.
To be fortunate, the release notes from Apple allow for immediately taking a look at what they have changed from the perspective of the users and also behind-the-scenes changes and improvements made to the underlying frameworks as well as developer tools.
As far as the general iOS 11.3 features are concerned, we already have an announcement from Apple confirming the upgrading of Animoji in Messages, making advancements to ARKit and HealthKit, and also introducing Business Charts in Messages for allowing companies to talk to their customers seamlessly while assisting them through stock Messages app on iPhone/iPad. In addition, there will also be a Battery Health feature coming along. Something that Apple did not indicate in the announcement was the return of Messages to Cloud feature as mentioned in release notes given below.
Well, there are lots of other things that we can look forward to with the release of new iOS 11.3 Beta 6 and that is exactly why it appears to be an entirely new iOS version instead of some timely point upgrade.
Now, if you have interest in the iOS 11.3 beta 6 and whatever comes along, the official release notes from Apple are given below. Please take a look.
