New iPhone 2019 Model Under Works And Expected To Come With Triple-Lens Rear Cam And 5x Optical Zoom

When it comes to dual-camera systems available today, the latest iPhone X probably offers the best. However, a latest report suggests Apple is already working on a new model that will take things to the next level and it is expected to come by next year as well. The new iPhone will feature triple-lens rear cam and will offer 5x optical zoom capabilities.

The report from Economic Daily News of Taiwan claims that 12-megapixels camera will be included as the main unit in three lens array, and there will be additional lenses as well.

    New iPhone Model,

According to the report, the new camera system will feature 6P lens design and will offer 5x optical zoom. However, there is still some confusion on whether it will be digital or optical zoom. But if you consider the fact that iPhone 8 offers 5x digital zoom with its single lens and iPhone X as well as iPhone 8 Plus both offer 2x optical zoom and 10x digital zoom, we’re ready to bet that the triple-lens will definitely offer something as good as 5x optical zoom in the new iPhone that is expected to land in 2019.

Apple isn’t going to be the only or first manufacturer to work on this triple lens theory if we’re to believe the report. The P20 Pro from Huawei already features this triple lens configuration and includes a huge 40-mp primary lens. The remaining 2 lenses in this model from Huawei are 20-mp and 8-mp while the latter is telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom.

Obviously, there are lots of benefits that users can enjoy should they opt for a smartphone that comes with triple lens camera setup. The one from Huawei appears to have the capabilities of capturing photos that look even better than Galaxy S9, iPhone X and Pixel 2.

There’s still a long way to go for 2019 iPhone model to hit the market and that means we should be waiting for some more rumors to strike our ears before we’re sure about what the new iPhone will come with.
