Rome: Total War Now Coming To iPhone With A Free Download With iPad Version

If you have played Rome: Total War, you’d know that it is among the best classic strategy video games that have not been around for quite a long time. However, it’s for the very first time for iPhone owners to be able to enjoy the game without any need of buying an iPad first.

According to Feral, the developer of the game, this new release will use the newest Apple Metal API for improving performance of the game and will also come up with better graphics ensuring that too much of your phone’s battery is not drained out either.

ROME: Total War blends politics and conquest seamlessly on a huge scale challenging the players to create the greatest empire of the ancient world and rule over it. The players will be required to deploy their tactics and strategy while fighting in real-time battles besides using diplomacy, assassination and subterfuge for smoothing their path to victory in the massive turn-based campaigns.

The release price for Rome: Total War on App Store will be $9.99. However, owing to the fact that the app is categorized as a Universal app, if someone has already bought this game on iPad, the iPhone version will be free to download for them.
