Only after a week of beta 5 seed, Apple has released the IOS 10.3.3 BETA 6 as well as the same beta for macOS 10.12. 6 and the betas are now available for testers and developers.
What might have caused Apple to release IOS 10.3.3 BETA 6…
When it comes to the beta releases, 6 beta releases for only a few minor updates like in the case of macOS 10.12.6 and iOS 10.3.3 is something strange which we haven’t heard from Apple in quite some time. Also, such repetitive beta releases are often the case when there are any major updates on the cards.
However, as Apple is now releasing betas one after the other then it might either be dedicating all its resources as it does with the major updates or there might be some major bug that it intends to get rid of with IOS 10.3.3 BETA 6 and macOS 10.12. 6 beta 6 before the public release of the iOS and macOS.
So, no matter what the case may be, if you have installed configuration profile for 10.x betas, you can get the update in Settings app by going to Software Update available in General tab on your iOS device. When it comes to the Mac users, they will have to go to Mac App Store to get the update through Updates tab and afterwards follow that same process as in case of iOS. However, if you’re new to developer betas, you should visit developer.apple.com to begin with.
Talking about the changes and features in macOS 10.12. 6 and IOS 10.3.3 BETA 6, nothing important is there and only a few minor updates have come through that are targeted at performance improvement, bug fixes, and security patches for improving the experience overall.
