1. Open App Store from your iPhone/iPad
2. Search to find an app that you want to explore
3. Tap that app to view all the information available about it
4. Go to Details tab and scroll down to Information section. Here you will find the Family Sharing option with Yes/No written in front of it. This tells you whether the app supports Family Sharing or not.

How To Determine If Your Mac Apps Are Compatible With Family Sharing

If you want to know whether a certain Mac app is compatible with Family Sharing or not, here are the steps to follow.

1. Open Mac App Store from your Mac
2. Find the app that you want to purchase or have purchased already
3. Once you find it, click on it to view all the information. When you are in Information section, you’ll be able to see the information towards right side that tells whether the app is compatible with Family Sharing or not.

An alternate for you to take a look at entire list of the applications that you have purchased for your Mac already, click Purchased tab from top navigation to scroll through purchased apps list. The apps that do not support the Family Sharing feature have Not Shareable writing right next them. This, in fact, is a simple and quick way to find whether your apps are shareable or not.
