Apple Fitness+ Offers Around 300 Workouts Already

It’s only a few weeks since Apple Fitness+ was launched but it has already reached around 300 workouts offered in the catalog. This is certainly a big collection of workout videos available for the Fitness+ users to try out, especially considering the fact that the app is still budding.

Every week, there are new workouts added to the list so that the subscribers keep getting new and better workout options on their iPhones, iPads, and Apple TV.

There’s an introductory video added to the app that features the trainer Bakari who gives a rundown of how the subscribers will be able to benefit from the app and achieve their workout goals and close the Activity rings.

“Here at Fitness+ more than two dozen workouts just dropped, like Sam’s 30-minute treadmill which challenges your endurance, whether you’re walking or running. For a workout that needs no equipment at all, I teach 10-minute hit with four total body moves. Each move is inspired by different sports like basketball and soccer, which go perfectly with the song “No Hands” by Waka Flocka Flame. That’s what’s new at Fitness+ to help you close your rings. Let’s go!”

The exercises included in the app cover several different categories including HIIT, Yoga, Dance, Cycling, and many more.

The Apple Fitness+ app was first launched on December 14, 2020 with the new service receiving great response from the masses. It has only seen steady growth since its launch. Apple users can avail the service for only $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year. Users can also get Fitness+ access with their Apple One subscription, getting the opportunity to save a few bucks by subscribing to different Apple services through a single subscription.
