When Apple revealed the iOS 18 software update during the opening keynote of WWDC held on June 10, the company instantly launched the first developer beta for setup on test devices.
Following that, there have been numerous Beta launches such as the first beta of iOS 18.1, the software which would offer Apple intelligence to the iPhone.
Until now, Apple has introduced a new Beta version of iOS 18 biweekly or so and following its announcement, it can be anticipated that the company would maintain the same trend for the upcoming releases. But it’s then expected that Apple would alter that pace to a weekly launch as we draw nearer to the final public launch expected in September.
Keeping all of this in mind, Apple is expected to release the 6th iOS Beta on Monday, August 19. The registered developers would be able to install the update since that date, if Apple maintains its regular release pattern. The update will be accessible for download wirelessly through the software feature in the Settings App.
Following the release of 6th developer beta version of iOS 18, it is expected that Apple would also then launch an upgraded version of the public beta software as well.
